Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you do everything alone?
Q: How can I book a tour?
A: Find any available date in the calendar underneath each tour description or here and send me an e-mail or WhatsApp (email@example.com; +7 (985) 447-86-88) message with the date and time you want to start at and the address where I can pick you up.
Q: If a day in the calendar marked in red, does it mean there's absolutely no chance of doing any tour on it?
A: Usually yes, it means exactly that. But if you feel like it's very important to you and this might be the very last possible chance in your entire life for you to do it, you can try to explain that urgency to me. And if (and only if) it's possible, we can fit it very early in the morning or very late in the evening on that day.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: I'm really not sure why is it a question all the time. But everything costs exactly how much it says.
If it says 2000 RUB per group, that means 1000 RUB per person for a group of 2 people. If you see something like 6000 RUB for one person and 500 RUB for every additional one, that means 6500 RUB for a group of 2.
Q: Are there any discounts?
A: No. Unless you're taking one of the packages. They have lower costs per tour.
Q: How can I pay?
A: All payments should be in cash in the beginning or at the end of a tour. Exceptions are all the entrance tickets, bullets and services (parachute or bungee jumps) that are included in the tours' prices. Those can, usually, be paid by card.
For example: The cost of the AK tour is 3700 RUB from which 1700 RUB is the cost of your bullets. You can pay 1700 RUB with your card and 2000 RUB with cash.
Q: Do I need to pay anything in advance?
A: No. Except the Armory Chamber tour for which you have to purchase the entrance tickets online from the official Kremlin site.
Q: Can I pay in dollars, euros etc.?
A: Yes, but only if the sum after exchange to rubles will be a bit bigger that the original amount. But that concerns only the part of the overall cost that you're paying directly to me. Your bullets, jumps, tank rides and taxi transfers should all be paid in rubles.
Q: Are transportation costs included in the tour's price?
A: For all the tours that take place outside of the city - yes. For the AK tour - it's not. Using the metro is faster on that one.
